Business software developer e2b software has released version 2.0.2 of Anytime Collect, the company’s cloud-based accounts receivable collections software, which integrates with most accounting and enterprise resource planning software.
The new version offers tabs for quick access and uses a new Communication Wizard, which guides users through the collections process for emails, phone calls, disputes and other common collection activities. A new Customer Portal module has been added to provide self-service access for customers to view account information, request copies of invoices, dispute invoices online, or contact their account representative.
“Our research indicates that smaller companies don't have formalized credit and collections departments, and the task of collecting on past due invoices is often left to an inexperienced office manager or part-time bookkeeper,” said e2b software president Bill Henslee. “The Communication Wizard makes the collections process easier for our customers —especially for casual or inexperienced collection representatives—by walking them through a wizard-driven system to manage their collections activities.”
