Ehrhardt Keefe Partner Named NASBA Vice Chair

Gaylen R. Hansen, a partner at Denver-based Top 100 Firm Ehrhardt Keefe Steiner & Hottman, has been named vice chair of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy

Hansen will serve as vice chair in 2011-2012, and will automatically become chair for 2012-2013.

A former member and president of the Colorado State Board of Accountancy, Hansen currently serves as a director-at-large of NASBA and on numerous NASBA committees. He is an audit partner and director of quality assurance at EKS&H, and is responsible for formulating the firm's accounting and audit technical policy standards, including regulatory liaison, inspections and peer review.
