Regional CPA and business consulting firm Eide Bailly has expanded into the Boise, Idaho, market, adding the seven-partner group of Balukoff, Lindstrom & Co. under its umbrella.
Terms were not disclosed.
Balukoff provides accounting, auditing, tax, and financial and estate planning services to clients in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii and California. It serves such industries as construction, manufacturing, government, credit unions, schools and nonprofits.
Former Balukoff, Lindstrom managing partner Kevin Andersen will serve as partner-in-charge of Eide's Boise office.
Following the union with Balukoff, Lindstrom, Eide Bailly now has some 88 partners and 11 offices. Eide Bailly ranked No. 28 on Accounting Today's 2004 Top 100 Firms list, with 2003 revenue of $62.2 million.
