Eide Bailly Merges in Rauch, Hermanson, Everroad and Rentschler

Eide Bailly is expanding its practice in Scottsdale, Ariz., by adding Rauch, Hermanson, Everroad and Rentschler, effective Oct. 31, 2016.

Eide Bailly, based in Fargo, N.D., also has an office in Phoenix.

“The addition of RHER gives us a deeper presence in Arizona, as they are a strong local firm that has been delivering exceptional client service in the Scottsdale area for decades,” said Eide Bailly managing partner and CEO Dave Stende in a statement. “We look forward to offering more businesses the opportunity to grow and reach their goals.”

In February, the firm expanded its presence in Boulder, Colo., by merging in R. Waidler & Associates (see Eide Bailly Merges in R. Waidler & Associates). The firm ranks 20th on Accounting Today’s 2016 of the Top 100 Firms, with $224.6 million in annual revenue.

RHER managing director Matthew Everroad sees benefits for his firm’s clients and staff by combining with Eide Bailly.

“We’ve been serving clients in the Phoenix metro area for more than 40 years, and we’re excited to build on that history with Eide Bailly,” Everroad said in a statement. “Our clients will now have access to a wide breadth of services rivaling many national firms and still work with the professionals they have built long-lasting relationships with, which is important to them. In addition, Eide Bailly’s career development tools will give our staff more opportunities to expand their skillsets and define their professional goals.”
