ePartners Promotes Duffy to Chief Operating Officer

Dallas (Sept. 9, 2002) -- Texas-based reseller ePartners has named chief financial officer Dan Duffy as its chief operating officer.

Duffy, who has served as CFO since November 2000, will retain his current responsibilities. In addition to managing the company's overall financial operations, he will be responsible for professional services, strategic mergers and acquisitions and the daily operations of the company's 20 branch and corporate offices.

Prior to joining ePartners, Duffy served as a senior executive with Ernst & Young's Center for Strategic Transactions.

The firm recently acquired Madison, Miss.-based 121 Micro, a developer of Web portal technologies leveraging the Microsoft .NET platform.
