NetSuite partner ERP Guru has unveiled its Business Monitoring Suite (BMS), designed to allow customers the ability to better monitor and benchmark their business in real-time versus industry peers.
BMS is comprised of a business maturity assessment tool and business monitoring service. The firm has also established a team from consulting and advisory services firms designed to guide customers through the Business Maturity Assessment. The resulting analysis can be utilized in the BMS’s specialized dashboards and custom alerts that will allow companies to stay up to date on business processes through the monitoring of KPIs and SLA metrics.
