Expense Reporting App Released for Smartphones

ExpenseWatch.com has released ExpenseWatch.com Mobile apps for the Android, BlackBerry and iPhone.

Using the apps, ExpenseWatch.com customers can capture expenses while on the road and create expense reports on the fly directly from their smartphone.

ExpenseWatch.com Mobile lets customers add expense line items and receipt images to an existing expense report or to start a new one. From their smart phone, customers will be able to include information, such as category, business purpose, mileage, vendor and comments. Customers can enter as much or as little of this information as they want from the road.

Another new option is the ability for customers to send expense items via email to create a new report or add information to an existing one. They enter one or more line items into an email message, attach receipts and send it to add@trans.expensewatch.com. Once received, ExpenseWatch.com sends an email to confirm whether the operation was successful or if any errors were detected.

Whether using a mobile app or email, all expense information is sent to customers' online ExpenseWatch.com Expense Reports accounts, ready to be finalized when they next log onto the system.

Customers can access the free ExpenseWatch.com Mobile apps from the ExpenseWatch.com Web site, or by going to the individual marketplace of each smartphone provider. The application for Android is now available. Mobile apps for the iPhone and BlackBerry will be available within four to six weeks.
