Retirement plan recordkeeping service provider ExpertPlan has acquired portions of ADPs retirement plan recordkeeping business that service independent third-party administrators.
Expert Plan will maintain the former ADP Retirement Services Overland Park, Kan., service center, which focuses on plan administration services designed for small- to midsized plans serviced by TPAs. ExpertPlan already has a national network of more than 100 private-label and affiliate TPAs, and the business purchased from ADP includes plans serviced by a group of TPAs nationwide. The acquisition, ExpertPlans third in 14 months, will further expand the firms capabilities and geographic presence.
ADP will continue to provide recordkeeping and retirement services directly to companies.
