Sage North America, Intacct, and SugarCRM partner Faye Business Systems Group(FayeBSG) has started a reseller program that offers other SugarCRM partners the opportunity to provide services, integrations and customization that they may previously have not been able to offer.
Additional services available to FayeBSG resellers include software development, project management, implementation management, consulting, data migrations, training, and support.
Participants of the program will have access to the current integrations and any new products, add-ons, upgrades and updates as they become available. Additional access to ontegration tools and add-ons will allow users to connect data from their accounting, ERP, marketing and payment systems to SugarCRM.
“We’ve built a number of integrations[with accounting and ERP systems] that fit nicely into the toolbox of other resellers to help them close deals. Because of our extensive background in the accounting and ERP software space, we’ve been able to leverage that experience in building these integrations and other related customizations to be really effective right out of the box,” said FayeBSG chief executive David Faye. “The original Sugar partner channel was mostly pure CRM folks, but a lot of the newer Sugar partners are coming from the ERP and accounting software VAR space. Our experience, development capacity, and packaging integrations are right in their wheelhouse.”
