Columbia, Md. (Nov. 20, 2003) — Fiducial, a global provider of outsourcing and financial services, acquired the Arvada, Colo., and Houston-based bookkeeping and tax preparation services of consolidator Century Business Services Inc.
Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition adds 350 business clients and 300 individual clients to the Fiducial network.
As part of its national branding efforts to build a network of offices, Fiducial’s targeted territories also include Portland, Ore., Seattle, southern California, Baltimore, and northern Virginia.
