FinancialForce.com, a cloud ERP provider built on the Salesforce1 Platform, announced new version FinancialForce ERP Summer ’14, with enhancements in professional services automation and financial management.

More closely aligning ERP processes around customer touch points, the new versions provide a unified view of the customer journey and the ability to cross-plan between sales, services, HR and finance departments.

Additionally, the new version has a new level of mobility in the applications which gives employees and customers the ability to finalize transactions on-the-go.

FinincialForce PSA Summer ’14 enables both “bottom-up” and forward-looking resource planning so organizations can estimate project revenue and cost at the task level during the sales process, leading to more accurate quoting. The update also includes new resource and project planners.

Financial management enhancements include new capabilities for companies operating in multi-entity environments and needing to report under GAAP and IFRS, along with the flexibility of a single mobile app.
