Armanino LLP, San Ramon, has updated its dress code to allow all Armanino employees to wear clean and professional jeans every day of the week as an addition to its previous business casual policy. The dress code changes were announced through an employee instructional video that’s well worth a look.

ILLINOIS

Sikich LLP, Naperville, released its 2016 Manufacturing Report, which found that, though they face mounting cybersecurity risks, some manufacturers and distributors, don’t do enough to address the issue and protect intellectual property and sensitive data and information. For instance, only one-third of companies surveyed by Sikich conduct penetration testing on an annual basis. … Porte Brown LLC, Chicago, has been named one of the 2016 Best Places to Work in Illinois by The Daily Herald Business Ledger in partnership with the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, The Management Association, the Small Business Advocacy Council, the Greater Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group.

MINNESOTA
