Local wealth industry veteran Mark Wesson will head up the new wealth services company. He brings more than 28 years of experience in the financial services industry, including managing the regional wealth groups at SouthTrust, Wachovia and Wells Fargo.

Formed in 1989, the firm has team of 26, including two partners, and provides audit, accounting, management and legal consulting services to a portfolio of local and Gulf Cooperation Council clients. The firm is in the process of adopting the UHY branding and will be known as UHY El Sayed El Ayouty & Co. CPAs.
