Corporate tax services provider VPTax, San Jose, has relaunched its business with a new name and a plan to expand nationwide. The firm was founded as EricThomas in 1991. The firm also recently hired its fourth principal, Shelby Eckroth, in Seattle.

 

MASSACHUSETTS

DiCicco, Gulman & Co. LLP, Woburn, is accepting applications from nonprofit organizations for its pro bono Summer of Service program, where the firm donates volunteer hours from June to Septembers. Nonprofits can apply here. Separately, the firm recently released its annual Architectural Study benchmarking the financial performance of firms in the architecture and engineering industry.
