Berkowitz Dick Pollack & Brant Technology Advisors LLC has changed its name to onsiteamadvisors, to reflect its merger with Strategic Micro Partners. Strategic Micro Partners president and chief executive Sandra H. Adams will become vice president of application services, while Lisa Adams will join the firm as a technology consultant and trainer.

Linton, Shafer & Co. PA and Warfield Garrett & Associates PA have merged to form Linton Shafer Warfield & Garrett PA, with offices in Frederick, Rockville and Annapolis.

Schonbraun Safris McCann Bekritsky & Co. LLC, Roseland, has changed its name to The Schonbraun McCann Group LLC, as part of a major expansion of services, which will also include the relocation of its New York City office to a larger space. In addition, the firm added three leading real estate professionals: Scott Tannenbaum, as a partner in the Tax Services Group; Anthony Saitta, as a director in the Executive Compensation Group; and Andrew Wexler, as a senior manager in the Real Estate Financial Services Group. Tannebaum previously worked at Ernst & Young's Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group; Saitta, with E&Y's Real Estate Advisory Services; and Wexler at Chelsea Property Group. ... Everest Group, Dallas, has launched the Everest Research Institute, an independent research and analysis service for buyers, suppliers and investors in business process and information technology outsourcing.
