* New York

Eisner & Lubin LLP, New York City, has opened a new office in Garden City, at 1225 Franklin Avenue. Partner Robert Demmett will lead the office.

* Pennsylvania

The Risk Management Association has moved to larger offices in Philadelphia, at 10 Penn Center, Suite 300, 1801 Market Street.

* South Dakota

Palmer, Currier and Hoffert LLP, Pierre, has joined the RSM McGladrey Network of independent accounting firms. The firm, which has three partners and six other staff, was previously an RSM McGladrey office.

PKF Texas, Houston, received the Cultural and HR Innovation Award at the national conference of the Leading Edge Alliance.
