RISING TO THE CHALLENGE

Long Island's best and brightest accounting students were put to the test March 25 at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University during Margolin, Winer & Evens' first College Accounting Challenge. The SUNY College at Old Westbury team won the competition, with Adelphi University, C.W. Post and Hofstra University finishing second, third and fourth, respectively. Team members battled through four rounds of 10 questions each covering the areas of financial accounting, tax, audit and ethics.
