Former Sage Channel Head Miller Joins Net@Work

Top Sage North America partner Net@Work has hired former Sage channel partner head Tom Miller to lead its own Partner Alliance Program, four months after he officially retired.

The announcement was made here at the Sage Summit user and partner event at the Gaylord National Harbor.

Miller joined Sage in 2009 as vice president of channel management. During his four year tenure he was responsible for overseeing the re-alignment and promotion of Sage’s channel programs, including the Firm of the Future Symposium.

Miller announced his retirement in January with his last day at Sage being March 31.

"Our goal is to help partners take their business to the next level by providing them with all the resources and support they need to provide customers with end-to-end technology solutions” said Net@Work co-president Alex Solomon.  “With Tom leading our channel strategy, he will continue his work with resellers around North America in helping them grow their business -- as his strategic vision further grows ours. Today marks a truly exciting new chapter for Net@Work and all of our business partners."

Last summer Net@Work has formed a new program geared toward accounting firms, Sage value-added resellers and other professional service firms looking to partner with the company, share resources and possibly align for a future merger or acquisition, if applicable.

"It is personally gratifying that this announcement is being made here at Sage Summit, where we're with so many colleagues and friends," said Miller. "The opportunity to continue my channel advocacy work with Net@Work's talented team is tremendously exciting. I've long admired their commitment and integrity and look forward to helping guide Net@Work's channel strategy and enabling our partners to achieve all their business objectives.”
