Forvis Mazars acquired The Innova Group, expanding the Top 10 Firm's health care consulting platform, effective March 1.
Innova advises hospitals and health systems nationwide. The transaction adds nine executives, nearly 50 employees and a new office in Tucson, Arizona.

"By adding these additional focused advisory capabilities, we are deepening our support of organizations as they navigate complex decisions and prepare for what's next."
