Freed Maxick Adds Director to Health Care Practice

Jack Sieber, CPA, has joined Top 100 Firm Freed Maxick CPAs PC as a director in the health care practice, where he will focus on strategic and business improvement consulting to health care organizations.

Most recently, Sieber was CFO and executive vice president of corporate functions for a large health care company. He had also held executive positions at other companies, and also spent nearly 20 years with Ernst & Young, where he was a leader in the national health care performance improvement practice.

"Bringing Jack on board is a win for our clients and our firm," said managing director Ronald Soluri, CPA. "His strong experience in-house as a health care executive, coupled with his national 'Big Four' consulting background, strengthens our delivery of word-class financial, operational and regulatory consulting services."

"Health care providers and payors are currently in one of the most challenging periods in recent history," said Sieber. "With health care reform on the horizon at both the state and federal levels, many organizations are struggling with their role in the future state, and achieving the operating and quality results they need in a period of declining revenue curves. However, there is a roadmap to accomplishing critical change, and Freed Maxick is uniquely positioned to help clients address these issues. I am looking forward to this opportunity to help our clients successfully get to that future state."
