FreshBooks, the cloud accounting solution for small business owners, introduced a new ratings and review feature to help customers gain feedback from their clients and increase word-of-mouth marketing capabilities.
The ratings and review feature is the first of its kind to be offered a cloud accounting solution and is designed to capture feedback at the time of payment.
“Small business owners are starved for feedback,” stated Mike McDerment, FreshBooks CEO and co-founder. “But it takes time to ask your clients for this information, and many owners find the process terrifying and awkward. With FreshBooks, our customers now have an automated feature that helps them to gather client feedback, increase referral rates, and generate positive reviews for marketing materials with the click of a mouse.”
Based on the Net Promoter Score, the capability asks clients to rate FreshBooks customers on how likely they are to recommend their service to another person. The feature also enables clients to provide an explanation of their feedback and for FreshBooks customers and their clients to share positive reviews on Facebook or via email, referring the service.
