Fyle announces new real-time spend management system

Expense management software provider Fyle announced a new real-time spend management system that it is launching in partnership with Visa.

The system specifically offers direct and real-time transaction feeds to users of any securely enrolled Visa card. Software integrations mean users can turn in receipts from a wide variety of sources, including Gmail, Outlook, MS Teams, Slack, and text messages, as well as via Fyle's iOS and Android mobile apps.

The system will instantly code information sent in and assign it to the appropriate projects and cost centers. The data is then further pushed out to cloud-first ERP and accounting software such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online and Xero.

"With this launch, we can offer all customers who have Visa business credit cards access to powerful, AI-driven software to track and manage their card spending. It also gives us the opportunity to collaborate with card issuers who are losing business to new-age corporate card products," said Yashwanth Madhusudhan, CEO and founder of Fyle, in a statement. "For the first time ever, customers won't have to switch their credit cards to get the best spend management experience."

Fyle is launching the system for the Visa network to start, but plans to support other card networks over the next few quarters.
