Geraci Joins LitmanGerson as Principal

John Geraci has joined LitmanGerson Associates as a principal, expanding the firm’s assurance services and employee benefit plan services.

“John Geraci brings years of experience and a superb reputation in public accounting,” said LitmanGerson partner Jeffrey Kellem in a statement.

Geraci began his career in public accounting with Caturano and Company in 1997. He has serviced a diverse client base, including companies in industries such as manufacturing and distribution, professional services, construction, government contractors and hospitality.

He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, a board member and treasurer of the Merrimack Valley Venture Forum, and he serves on the University of Massachusetts’ College of Management Advisory Committee, Lowell Campus. 

“I’m looking forward to advancing LitmanGerson’s mission to expand its assurance services, consisting of financial statement audits and reviews for closely-held entities, as well as ERISA audits, including 401(k) and 403(b) plan audits,” said Geraci in a statement.
