Gilman Ciocia has acquired Kelchlin Business Services, an accounting firm located in the Buffalo, N.Y., suburb of Depew.
As part of the deal, David K. Kelchlin, CPA, Jeffrey Kelchlin and the three other staff members of their firm are moving from their current offices in Depew to Gilman Ciocia's offices in Williamsville, N.Y. They provide services such as tax preparation, full-service business accounting, bookkeeping and payroll.
The move will supplement Gilman Ciocia's abilities in accounting, tax planning and financial services. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Gilman Ciocia's revenue in 2007 was $53.05 million.
