Greatland, a national provider of W-2 and 1099 products, has launched speedEfiler, an online reporting tool for small and midsized businesses.
The new offering allows SMBs to file their W-2 and 1099 forms online and have copies printed and mailed directly to employees or recipients.
SpeedEfiler.com allows users to import data directly from almost any payroll, accounting or W-2 and 1099 software program into the required year-end W-2 and 1099 tax forms.
After completing the forms, companies have the option to e-file them directly with the appropriate federal agencies and have copies printed and mailed directly to the recipients, without having to file, print or mail the forms themselves.
The cost to e-file and mail to the recipient is per form (no minimum), and ranges from $0.99 to $4.95 each, depending on the total number filed. Users will receive an e-mail confirmation once the forms have been submitted, and Greatland will provide updates to companies on the status of their filings.
Greatland said speedEfiler.com is able to submit the following forms: W-2, W-2C, 1099-MISC. 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-R, 1099-S, 941, 944 and 941 Schedule B.
