High Rock Accounting expands in Minnesota

Scottsdale, Arizona-based High Rock Accounting is acquiring St. Paul, Minnesota-based The Mobius Group, effective Nov. 1.

Founded in 2000, The Mobius Group focuses on accounting and training services for nonprofits. The acquisition builds on High Rock’s industry vertical strategy.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the Mobius team will be joining High Rock, and Mobius founder Megan Genest Tarnow will be taking on the role of industry leader for the nonprofit space.
