Illinois CPA Society Site Debuts ‘Find a CPA’

The Illinois CPA Society has introduced a “Find a CPA” feature on its Web site in time for tax season.

The feature allows individuals, businesses and not-for-profit organizations to do a simple search through a directory of member CPAs. Users can narrow down the search by location, type of services needed, industries served, and the need to work with someone who speaks a language other than English. There is also a Quick Search feature to find a CPA who prepares individual income tax returns or works with nonprofit organizations.

The “Find a CPA” feature also includes helpful information on choosing and using a CPA.
The feature can be found in the Consumer section of the society’s Web site, www.icpas.org.
