VRAKAS/BLUM BUYS CLIFTON GUNDERSON’S SAGE PRACTICEVrakas/Blum Computer Consulting has acquired the clients and employees of Clifton Gunderson’s Wisconsin Sage practice.
Vrakas/Blum Computer Consulting is the tech practice of CPA and advisory firm Vrakas/Blum, and specializes in providing analysis, implementation and maintenance of software for manufacturing and distribution companies.
The merger adds two new members to the Vrakas/Blum Computer Consulting team: Brian Kermicle, a principal at the firm, specializes in the implementation, training and support of Sage Software enterprise resource planning systems and is a certified trainer for MAS 90, while manager Lisa Pence is certified in Sage PFW.
Vrakas/Blum Computer Consulting resells Sage MAS 90/200 ERP, Sage BusinessWorks, Sage PFW, Sage FAS, Peachtree by Sage and JobOps software. The firm has also developed products for shop floor data collection.
RW&A MERGES WITH RESELLER
RW&A Inc., a Toronto-based reseller of Sage BusinessVision 50, has merged with T.H.E. & Co. Terms were not disclosed. The union also brings Pierre Mantha on board RW&A as a senior consultant. Mantha spent 19 years as a BusinessVision reseller, and also worked for BusinessVision as director of partners and profits prior to that.
