Atlanta (April 24, 2003) -- Inspired Solutions, a high-volume reseller for Exact Software, merged with regional Macola resellers M2 Business Solutions Inc. of Raleigh, N.C., and Martin Software Associates Inc. of Birmingham, Ala.
Terms were not disclosed. Inspired also named Macola software founder Bruce Hollinger as chairman. Hollinger led Macola for more than 20 years before merging the company with Exact Software N.V. of the Netherlands and heading the Macola ES Product Development Team.
In a statement Hollinger said, “I have always had a desire to work more closely with end-users where the solutions are deployed. As an engineer, I enjoy solving complex problems and as an executive, I recognize talent. The new Inspired Solutions has more depth and breadth of skills on Exact products than any organization in North America.”
The now-merged company said it plans to continue its aggressive growth strategy in the Southeast region.
