Cloud financial management and accounting software provider Intacct announced that company CEO Robert Reid has been named Glassdoor’s Highest Rated CEO in the small and medium-sized business category.
Reid earned the top spot in the jobs and career community’s annual Highest Rated CEOs report with a 100 percent approval rating based on the anonymous and voluntary reviews Intacct employees shared on Glassdoor throughout the past year.
"This rating is all about Intacct's culture and our approach to building a company of distinction," stated Robert Reid. "I'm proud to say we've built a culture at Intacct where everyone strives to do their best, and do it in an innovative way creating more value for our customers than has been done before in this industry. I am very privileged to be working with such a great group of individuals that pulls together to obtain the loftiest performance standards, with enthusiasm and a desire to excel for our customers' benefit."
CEO approval ratings are gathered through Glassdoor’s online company review survey, which seeks to track employee sentiment about the work environment and culture of their employer by prompting them to rate a number of factors, including whether they approve or disapprove of the CEO’s leadership.
"To be honored and receive endorsement from your employees for your strong leadership ability is no small task,” stated Glassdoor CEO and co-founder Robert Hohman. “It requires a steady commitment to define, express and constantly reiterate the company mission and set a clear picture of long term success. I am proud to help celebrate each CEO on the Glassdoor report for attaining this remarkable achievement."
