Intacct Enhances Online Offering

Los Gatos, Calif. (Oct. 11, 2002) -- Intacct Corp., a developer and vendor of Web-hosted applications used by accountants and their clients, has released new "E-Practice, Multi-Entity and Accounting Consoles."

The consoles will help those with Intacct-using clients more conveniently access their clients' or divisions' data from one central command center, and enable them to adapt the terminology within the Intacct system to their customers' various business types, according to the vendor.

"Our new Console lets accounting professionals work more efficiently, while also increasing the level of personalized service they can offer, said chief executive David Thomas.

The console program is among several new Intacct functions that will be the subject of presentations at the vendor's "Net Gain" conference Oct. 17-19 in Monterey, Calif.
