Intacct announced a partnership with American Express Global Corporate Payments, a division of American Express serving companies ranging from midsize to global Fortune 500, to integrate commercial payments and working capital solutions into Intacct’s software.

The announcement was made at the annual Intacct Advantage Customer and Partner Conference.

The Intacct Check Delivery Service, which will send check payments while automatically updating the general ledger, launched Tuesday, with additional card and non-card payment solutions from American Express and Intacct to come.

Intacct Advantage also highlighted Intacct Collaborate, the cloud financial management company’s new backbone to enable collaborative, efficient processes for finance, sales and services employees, and which embeds enterprise social network Salesforce Chatter.

“Intacct Collaborate builds on our ten year relationship with Salesforce.com to deliver a better way for companies to streamline communications and speed work execution,” stated Aaron Harris, chief technology officer and vice president of engineering at Intacct. “We are constantly looking at innovative ways to make our customers more efficient and productive. The addition of Salesforce Chatter inside Intacct will facilitate greater collaboration, expedite decision making, and ultimately accelerate business processes – making companies more competitive.”
