Intuit Debuts Client Manager

Rosemont, Ill. (Aug. 27, 2003) -- Accounting software provider and QuickBooks parent Intuit Inc. has unveiled Client Manager, a comprehensive e-linked client information system.

The package "links and synchs" all major Intuit applications such as QuickBooks, Lacerte and ProSeries, in addition to Microsoft Outlook, on a single-screen dashboard, according to Intuit chairman and founder Scott Cook. Cook unveiled Client manager Tuesday at the Illinois CPA Society's Business and Technology Solutions Show, here.

Client Manager offers one-click access to financial and non-financial client historical data including ProSeries and Lacerte tax returns and QuickBooks transactions, in addition to appointment and project schedules and to-do lists.

Client Manager, which is scheduled to ship Sept. 19, is priced at $249.00.
