Top 75 Firm Kaufman Rossin Group opened Mary Street Capital, an investment bank affiliate, to expand its advisory capabilities and serve family- and founder-owned middle-market businesses.
Mary Street Capital offers three core services: mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and strategic advisory. The team, led by managing directors Alex Rattner and James Wolcott, services clients across various sectors, including manufacturing, industrials, health care, consumer products, business services, technology, media, telecom, transportation and logistics.
"Mary Street Capital was built to meet a real need in the lower middle market, providing thoughtful, relationship-driven investment banking services to entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses," Rattner said in a statement Tuesday. "Leveraging Kaufman Rossin's 60-year legacy of trusted advisory, we're focused on helping business owners achieve successful growth and transition outcomes."

Kaufman Rossin Group is based in Miami and ranked No. 52 on Accounting Today's Top 100 Firms list, with $152 million in revenue, five offices, 98 partners and over 700 employees.
