KPMG International Appoints New CFO

KPMG International has appointed a new chief financial officer, Helen Spice, who will be relocating from the firm's London office to Toronto.

Spice, 44, will report to KPMG International CEO Michael P. Wareing.

"Helen Spice is uniquely qualified for the role of global CFO, combining excellent judgment and interpersonal skills with 23 years of relevant business experience in the firm," said KPMG International chairman Timothy Flynn in a statement.

Spice joined KPMG in the U.K. in 1985. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the U.K.'s Chartered Institute of Taxation.
