KPMG plans to host a webcast on Section 904 regulations and their potential implications on the foreign tax credit positions of U.S. multinationals.

Senior professionals from the International Corporate Services group of KPMG's Washington national tax practice will discuss the recently issued Section 904 regulations and how they may affect taxpayers claiming foreign tax credits.
The regulations encompass guidance on the reduction in the number of separate foreign tax credit limitation categories under Section 904(d) and the coordination of domestic loss and foreign loss provisions under Sections 904(f) and 904(g).
