KraftCPAs Admits Two New CPA Members

KraftCPAs PLLC, one of middle Tennessee’s largest CPA firms, has admitted Amy Thompson and Mark Patterson to membership (ownership, that is) in the firm, giving the firm a total of 18 members.

[IMGCAP(1)]Thompson, who has been with KraftCPAs since 1999, helps lead the firm’s entrepreneurial services group, which provides accounting, tax and business advisory services to small and mid-sized clients.

Thompson serves on the board of directors of Park Center, on the Middle Tennessee advisory board of the Arthritis Foundation, and is on the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council.

[IMGCAP(2)]Patterson, who joined KraftCPAs in 2009 with 25 years of experience, helps lead the firm’s tax department. He works primarily with middle-market companies and their owners, providing tax research, planning and compliance.

Patterson is accredited in business valuation by the American Institute of CPAs. He is on the board of directors of Monroe Harding, Inc. and is the treasurer and a board member of the Phantom Regiment Drum & Bugle Corps.
