Lopez Levi Merges in Two Firms

Accounting firm Lopez Levi PA has merged two local South Florida firms into its practice to expand its range of services.

Andres Triay and Michael Krissel are combining their practices with Lopez Levi, with both CPAs joining the firm as partners. Triay has more than 40 years of experience in international taxes, along with clients in industries such as real estate and wholesale distribution. Kissel has been practicing for more than 45 years, specializing in trust and estate planning, as well as forensic accounting.

The merger is effective immediately. Financial details were not disclosed.

"I am pleased to welcome both firms into our organization, which prides itself on providing clients intellectual capital that enables them to make sound business decisions," said Ray Lopez-Lima Levi, managing partner of Lopez Levi PA, in a statement.
