Skoda Minotti completes merger with Dowell & Perez
Details: Skoda Minotti wrapped up its second Tampa merger with the addition of Dowell & Perez PA. The Ohio firm tapped into the Tampa market when it merged with Baumann, Raymondo & Co. in July 2012. Dan Dowell and Alex White will lead the Tampa office as co-partners-in-charge.

Santos Postal merges with Thompson & Associates
Details: Santos Postal & Co. added Thompson & Associates PC to its roster. The merger is expected to close Aug. 1, 2013. The combined firm will continue to serve clients in all 50 states, as well as abroad through its membership in MGI World.

Abdo, Eick & Meyers and Francis & Associates merge
Details: Abdo, Eick & Meyers LLP has merged with Francis & Associates PA. The merger will take effect on Nov. 1, 2013. The combination will give Abdo, Eick & Meyers more than 70 accounting professionals and 100 employees in its Mankato and Edina, Minn., offices.

CapinCrouse bolsters nonprofit services
Details: CapinCrouse LLP, which primarily provides services to not-for-profit clients, has expanded its practice with the addition of New York-based Lambrides, Lamos, Taylor CPAs LLP. Lambrides' staff will join CapinCrouse's team and Robert Taylor will hold on to his role as partner.
WASHINGTON
Peterson Sullivan and Clothier & Head to merge
Details: Peterson Sullivan LLP has agreed to merge Clothier & Head PS into its practice. Chris Russell and Clothier & Head's partner and shareholder Gerry Adams will lead the integration of the two firms. The merger is expected to grow the firm to more than 150 employees and $25 million in revenue.
