Anton & Chia adds Tignino & Lutz

Details: Anton & Chia LLP has completed its acquisition of Tignino & Lutz. The new addition expands Anton & Chia's coverage in the West Coast and the firm can now facilitate commerce with Asia, India, Southeast Asia and Australia.

 

Gallina to acquire Mellon Johnson Reardon

Details: Top 100 Firm Gallina has agreed to acquire Ontario, Calif.-based Mellon Johnson Reardon LLP. MJR's staff, and its six partners, have joined Gallina. Allan Koltin, chief executive officer of Koltin Consulting Group, provided counsel to both firms on the merger.

 

COLORADO

KPMG unit acquires assets of boutique investment bank

Details: KPMG LLP's wholly owned subsidiary KPMG Corporate Finance LLC has acquired the assets of St. Charles Capital, a boutique investment bank that provides M&A and capital advisory services for mid-market companies nationwide. Terms of the deal were undisclosed. The transaction will enhance KPMG CF's position as a mid-market investment bank and M&A advisor for companies in the technology, telecommunications, financial services, energy, and diversified industrials sectors.

 

KENTUCKY

Personnel Profiling joins MCM

Details: Personnel Profiling Inc., a Louisville-based company offering employment assessments and services, has agreed to merge with Top 100 Firm Mountjoy Chilton Medley LLP. The addition bolsters MCM's human resources consulting services division.

 

MASSACHUSETTS

JDJ Family Office services spins off from Rothstein Kass

Details: The founders of JDJ Resources Corp. have left Rothstein Kass Family Office Group to launch JDJ Family Office Services. Boston-based JDJ, which provides administrative multi-family office and personal CFO services to high-net-worth individuals and families, will retain its 21-person staff.

Rothstein Kass was recently acquired by Big Four firm KPMG.

 

NETHERLANDS

Ryan acquires Altus

Details: Ryan has acquired Altus International, a Netherlands-based international consulting firm providing transfer pricing, business restructuring, and valuation expertise to multinational companies.

The acquisition complements Ryan's international tax expertise with additional global transfer pricing and valuation services.

 

NEW YORK

Janover adds Radin, Glass & Co.

Details: Janover LLC has expanded its firm with the addition of Radin, Glass & Co. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year. Partners Arthur Radin, Elliott Glass and Marsha Ellowitz, along with their professional and support personnel, will be joining Janover in its New York City office.

 

NORTH DAKOTA

Sample & Bailey joins Eide Bailly

Detials: Fort Collins-based Sample & Bailey CPAs PC has joined Top 100 Firm Eide Bailly, increasing its staff to 1,449, including 211 partners throughout its 23 offices in 11 states.

S&B's managing partner Denise Juliana and founding partner Roger Sample will join Eide Bailly. John Bailey, Stephen Collins, Jackie Meyer, Kara Jones and Jesse McConnell will join the firm as partners.

 

OHIO

KPMG acquires Zanett Commercial Soulutions

Details: KPMG LLP has acquired the business and technology consulting firm Zanett Commercial Solutions. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.

The new addition broadens the depth of KPMG's technology-enablement solutions, which help clients improve performance, maximize revenue and manage risk.

Founded in 1992, Zanett Commercial Solutions is headquartered in Cincinnati, with offices in Jacksonville, Fla., and Indianapolis. The company is an Oracle Platinum Partner.

The transaction is KPMG's third acquisition of an Oracle solutions provider since 2011.

 

VIRGINIA

Net@Work acquires Software Solutions

Details: Business technology solution provider and Sage Software business partner Net@Work announced the acquisition of Software Solutions, a consultant and reseller of Sage 100 ERP, Sage 500 ERP and Sage CRM that serves businesses in Virginia and Maryland.

The acquisition gives Software Solution clients access to Net@Work's Sage team, providing support to the full suite of Sage ERP, CRM and HRMS solutions.

The transaction represents the second step of a process that began with Net@Work's acquisition of Software Solution's HRMS practice in 2010. The Software Solutions team will operate from their Richmond, Va., office.
