Mahoney Cohen & Co. CPA PC has launched an international tax and consulting practice.
The firm will offer business advisory services to clients with global operations. Its services will include advice on international tax planning, business valuation, asset protection, and operations.
As head of the new practice area, Mahoney Cohen hired William Perry Elliott, a former managing member of Decosimo Global.
The practice will focus on areas such as captive insurance arrangements, transfer pricing, and estate and income tax planning for foreigners living in the U.S.
