IMGCAP(1)]The Massachusetts Society of CPAs has elected its Board of Directors for the 2012-2013 fiscal year.
Kenneth Kirkland, CPA, of KAF Financial Group, will serve as chairman, while Merrill Puopolo, CPA, of CBIZ Tofias & Mayer Hoffman McCAnn PC -- Tofias New England Division, will serve as chairman-elect.
William Mahoney, CPA, of Edelstein & Co., will serve as vice chairman of finance; Carla McCall, CPA, of Alexander Aronson Finning & Co. PC, and Paul E. Costantino, CPA, of Costantino Richards Rizzo LLP, as vice chairs; Stuart Benton, CPA, of Bradford Soap, as past chairman; and Theodore Flynn, CAE, as president and CEO of the society.
Also sitting on the board as members will be: Cheryl M. Burke, CPA; Frank Constance, CPA; Kristin M. Costa, CPA; Randall S. Davis, CPA; Douglas P. Fiebelkorn, CPA; Gerald A.
