Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra LLP announced a merger with Orlando’s Silver & Associates PA.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The deal will give MBAF a fourth office, as well as a practice focused in the niche areas of automotive dealerships and tax consulting. MBAF’s other locations are in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Boulder, Colo.

Managing partner Ira Silver will join as a partner of MBAF and manage the firm's Orlando office. Silver’s Web site lists a trio of other contacts for the firm.

Silver has over 25 years of experience in the public accounting industry and has an extensive knowledge of the automobile industry.

In December, MBAF announced its pickup of a Miami-based practice focusing on the real estate industry. MBAF was ranked No. 64 on Accounting Today’s 2006 list of Top 100 firms, with revenues of $34.2 million.
