MNP Merges in Valuation-Litigation Support Firm

Canadian chartered accountancy and business advisory firm Meyers Norris Penny said it will merge in Montreal-based valuation and litigation support services firm, Wise, Blackman, effective June 1.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1979, Wise, Blackman serves clients both in Canada and the U.S. Its client base comprises closely held businesses, multinational public companies, accounting and law firms, as well as federal and provincial government departments.
