Net@Work, a high-volume Sage reseller, has acquired Business Technology Solutions, a North Carolina-based VAR specializing in Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200, as well as Abra HRMS Accounting and Human Resources.
Terms were not disclosed.
Lissa Johnsen, president and chief executive of BTS, will head Net@Work's new HR practice from its North Carolina office. All current BTS employees will remain on board. BTS has more than 350 customers.
Headquartered in New York, Net@Work has a staff of more than 120 and supports some 1,800 clients.
