NetLedger and Yahoo! Store Extend Small Business Integration Agreement
San Mateo, Calif. (May 9, 2003) -- NetLedger, Inc., makers of the Oracle Small Business Suite, has extended its agreement with Yahoo! Inc.'s Yahoo! Store to provide merchants with order fulfillment, credit card processing, sales updates, and customer service features.
The integration of NetLedger and Yahoo! Store was designed to help merchants save time and money by streamlining their business processes, eliminating redundant data-entry, and having access to up-to-date information.
New features will include customer relationship management, inventory and order synchronization, order fulfillment and processing, and automated payment processing.
As part of the agreement, the companies will continue to jointly market the combined solution.
Yahoo! Store enables more than 20,000 small business owners to establish an online presence and sell their products and services on the Web. The Oracle Small Business Suite automates front and back-office operations across the business.
