NetSuite is partnering with accounting firm Hein & Associates to provide companies with accounting and regulatory compliance systems using Web-based technology.
NetSuites software will be customized to offer tax, financial reporting, growth plan development, and other types of systems. The companys software uses the cloud computing model, running on remote servers on demand over the Internet. The software can be updated via the Web as regulations and practices change.
Hein & Associates has offices in Denver, Dallas, Houston and Irvine, Calif. The company specializes in SEC compliance and internal controls.
Hein works with many public and larger private companies, so we wanted to partner with an organization that could support the complex operational and regulatory compliance that these companies require, said managing partner Larry Unruh in a statement. But it also needed to be easy enough to configure that our professionals could layer their internal controls, audit, and industry expertise on top of the system without the need for a developer.
