Easier PC moving

Whenever the IT department makes noises about replacing our Radio Shack TRS-80s with something slightly newer, we here at New Products get nervous. Will all the MP3 files on our old hard drive successfully make the move? How about all the iTunes we downloaded?

With Spare Backup's new Spare Switch, we don't have to worry. Spare Switch scans and inventories the directories on your hard drive (without making judgments, we hope), then lets you choose which files you want to take with you to your new hard drive. Those it encrypts, compacts and transfers via the Internet, and holds them in a secure data center for up to a week while you get your new PC ready to receive them.

Price: Up to five users - $39.99. Free trial available.
