Tracy Kelso, CPA, has been named a shareholder at Chalfont, Pa.-based CPA and consulting firm Dunlap & Associates PC.
A member of the firm's tax department for the past 13 years, Kelso provides tax prep, research, planning and accounting services to both corporate clients and individuals, as well as training of firm staff on state and federal tax law.
"Tracy has demonstrated both leadership skills and the highest level of technical proficiency," according to shareholder and managing director Larry Pickering. "She is a true asset to the firm."
Kelso received a BS in accounting from Gwynedd-Mercy College, and a masterís degree in taxation from Villanova University. A member of both the AICPA and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, she is also a member of both the Bucks County and the Montgomery County Estate Planning Councils.
