The company said it has seen a 63 percent increase in demand for tax contractors between 2007 and 2008 on its original Web site, TaxTalent.com. The new Web site is a response to a shift it sees in tax industry needs.
"As a recruiting firm and industry resource, we saw a need for a more selective and screened process for matching candidates with companies," said TaxTalent and TaxSearch president Tony Santiago in a statement "We select candidates from the top pool of independent, senior-level, high-quality tax professionals and match them with companies in need of their services."

TaxForce handles the payroll and administrative functions required for hiring contract tax professionals. Candidates can expect to be contacted only for projects that fit their needs.
